Cannot Register New User

In our Joomla (v4.4.2) site, our Kunena template (v6.2.3) NTS Kay (v6.0.3) the Log In drop down appears. While a registered user can successfully log in and log out, none of the other options including Create an Account function at all. Can someone give me some guidance on how to enable these other options including allowing a visitor to register?

What Joomla template are you using? Did you test with Cassiopeia?

Pinkeltje — we're using the NTS Kay (v6.0.3) template

We have user registration and profiles active in Joomla but the 'Create an Account' (or any of the other options for that matter) doesn't work. Instead all take us to the home page.

Joomla 4.4.2
PHP: 8.2.x
Kunena: 6.2.3
NTS Kay: 6.0.9 *

Like I said earlier, this has to do with your Joomla template. This works

Yes it appears to be a bug with NTS Kay template for sure.

We did and were able to install the current NTS Kay template, however the 'Create an Account' and the other options still don't work.

As mentionned before, this has to do with your Joomla template. Kunena forum has the same issue. I am using KPraxis with Yootheme Pro and don't have that problem.

Test with Cassiopeia and you will see that it is related to Helix Ultimate!

Yes we have tested it and we get the same problem. It doesn't matter which template we use.
