Unable to install template

Hello,

Our webmaster bought this template six months ago and then lfet us :(

Now, we try to install the template but even if we carefully follow the instructions we do not succeed to do it.

Can you help us to do so ?

The first sorry you about this delay. We have just updated for NTS UPraxis, please re-download and install to your site.

After install new version of NTS UPraxis to your site and that error persists, please provide us with the information on your website.
