Load external icons over rides custom template css

I bought and installed NTS Kay, so that I could upgrade to Kunena 5.
I'm sorry there are so many different problems.

Problem #1
In Template/Features settings, when I set Load External Icons = Yes, this loads the wrong css file and changes Body Text settings.

Body Text loads from here. This is wrong.
//netdna.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.0.0/css/bootstrap-glyphicons.css

When I set Load External Icons = No, this is the correct css file that I want.
//www.moviestudiozen.com/templates/newstream2/local/css/themes/forum/bootstrap.css

When Load External Icons is turned OFF, weird box icons display in menu drop down buttons and it does not look good.

Problem #2
Category box extends out too far, instead of being straight line underneath Headings.
When I use Firebug, I can't find the code that controls this.


Problem #3
I am not sure if this is a template problem or BUG in Kunena.
In the login/logout dropdown window, Status Text link is not working properly.
If you press this link, forum becomes non-functional.
When you hover over this link, mouse button is NOT showing hand. It is displaying differently to other 3 links which do work OK.
