We are suddenly getting the below error while launching the kunena forum page.

load error: failed to find /zxx/components/com_kunena/template/nts_kay/assets/less/nts_kay.less

Can someone please help.

Hi malaiselvan,

Please try to delete the kunena.nts_kay.assets folder in the "[root]/cache/kunena/" path. Please send us your site url if it does not work on your site.

Thanks. Your solution fixes the problem.

But want to understand what could be the permanent fix? How can we guarantee that this problem will not occur again?

Hi,

If that problem appears again, you need delete the cache folder. That is problem of the component.
