Can't change half-transparent overlays

Hi,

I'm really sorry but I can't find the option in bootstrap.css.
see attachement!

If a user want to ansering in a topic a overlay is shown.
But this is half transparent. Could find the option in bootstrap.css to change the size of that window
but not the transparency.
Hope you can help me! Don't want it transparency!
