Controls of editor / attachments

I use NTS Kay. For a long time while writing a post the controls of editor has not been displayed. Also it is not possible to load the attachment, because after clicking on the button no window is opened. I have latest versions of Kunena and NTS Kay. Link to my forum: bytomski.pl/forum-bytomia/
