cannot connect to kunena server

When I try to actrivate this (or any of mny other NTS templates), I get this error:

Could not connect to Kunena server. Please try again later.

Have you used our NTS KBee template yet? Please let us know if you encounter any errors with our template.

I used to use you Trend template. I'd switched back to the default template. I just bought and installed the KBee template. However, when I try to activate either the Bee or Trend template, I get the error I described in my previous post. So yes, I encounter an error just trying to use them.
