Attachment info not responsive

Hi,

I noticed an issue when using the mobile view.
When posting a new topic, under the attachment section, the info box appears too long and extends beyond the layout.
Please see the attached image for reference.

Please try to clear browser cache. I tested on two devices iPhone and Sam Sung Note, it works perfectly.

Additionally, I have encountered a similar issue on the Attachment Manager page.
