Issue with Joomla 5.2.3, Kunena 6.3.8, and NTS KFora 6.0.2 Installation Layout

I recently performed a fresh installation of Joomla 5.2.3, Kunena 6.3.8, and NTS KFora 6.0.2.
However, I noticed that the layout appears different from my expectations, as shown in the attached images.

Could you please advise if there is something I might have missed?

Is it necessary to add custom CSS to the template for it to function correctly?
I tested it on both GK Blank and Cassiopeia templates and observed the same results.

Just to update you, the body background of NTS KFora currently matches the template color, which is mostly #ffffff.
Would it be possible to add a setting to change the default background color of NTS KFora, similar to the option you provided for the dark version?

It appears that the body background of NTS KFora currently matches the template body background color, which is predominantly #ffffff.

Would it be possible to introduce a setting to change the default background color of NTS KFora, similar to the option available for the dark version?

Alternatively, could there be a setting to change the theme color?
