Preview text outside the box

Hi
When you preview a longer text in a post then a lot of the text is outside the preview box.

Is there any solution to this? (e.g have the same type of box as when you writing a post)

See attached image
If the problem can be solved why worry? If the problem cannot be solved, worrying will do you no good.
