Thank you button and listing overlapping

When viewing the forum via mobile the thank you button and listing of members that have thanked are overlapping the thread title below it as seen in the attached screenshot.

How can we fix?

I would like it so the thank you button is up with the other buttons and the listing has it's own space and can grow and not overlap.
