I purchased this template but I dont have access

Used your fake message tool to send a message but apparently you dont monitor that so figured I would post here.

Two months ago I purchased this template and now I need the update but it is not showing up in my account. What do I need to do to get access to the update, purchase it again?

Very depressing that you offer a product for sale and then once you make the sale you vanish. You dont answer requests on your instant message system, you dont even have a contact form other than that and apparently posting on your forum is equally ignored. Guess I just threw $20 down the drain, thanks for that!

Thanks for getting back to me, I did get an email with the download but I am hoping there is an update because there is some things wrong with it since I moved the site to the live account and finished getting everything updated. Somewhere along the line there are issues that I am hopeful an update resolve. When I login to my account as I said I have access to an old template I purchased years ago but this one is no where to be found.

The NTS KSliver current version only support Kunena 5.0.14. So we are updating this template to compatible with Kunena latest version 5.1.0. We plan to release new version next Monday. Please wait and follow this topic to get the new version soon.
